Our Structure and Business

As a provider of professional accounting, taxation, and advisory services, our supply chains are relatively short compared to other industries. They primarily consist of other professional service providers, software vendors, and office supply companies.

Our Policies

We operate several internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:

• Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organization.

• Recruitment Policy: We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting "right to work" checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.

Due Diligence

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we perform due diligence on all new suppliers and review existing suppliers periodically. We do not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our relevant staff.
